What do we provide you from Zapiens.ai?

Unlimited licenses

The challenge is to see how scalable you are, how many users you can reach in 1 month, or how many departments or even countries you can extend the use of our tool.

We seek, above all, to measure your speed, so that we can prioritise the sectors and types of companies or departments that are most agile and have the greatest implementation speed.

Unlimited content

We have -at the moment- 50 training contents, to which we give you access to evaluate what knowledge you need and what you consume.

Access to the content creator

So we can measure how much of our own content you are able to create.

Access to the Community of Reutilization and Sharing of content

We know that there are training needs common to all companies, and we are interested in joining forces.

We want to know your ability to share knowledge and content, and above all to know which companies are willing to share their training materials with others.

An example: if you do a micro-training on how to use Zoom, you can share it with other companies, and in return benefit from similar materials created by the other participants.

What do we need from your company?

Firstly, to fulfil the partnership agreement with the European Commission. If you accept to participate in this project, we will send it to you to be signed digitally by Signaturit.

Assign a person to manage the project, which we call Knowledge Manager, with a minimum of 4 hours per week, although we would love it to be 10 hours. Obviously, for our part, there is no. 😉

A survey through the App itself to receive feedback from participants.

Knowledge Manager Interview

Interview with the person managing the platform (Knowledge Manager) so that, in addition to seeing their data and support tickets, they can explain to us at first hand their experience of use.

Participants

Focus group (minimum 1, maximum 3) with a sample of 10 users. They will be chosen according to the behaviours detected. They will be interviewed in depth for about 60 minutes; their experience is golden.

And above all, we count on your total honesty and most ruthless criticism.

We are here for you to give us a hand and learn from you to build a revolutionary product.

What do we want to measure?

– How does the assigned Knowledge Manager use our tool: where does he/she get stuck, how many questions does he/she ask us, what is his/her experience?

– How the users use our App: how many trainings they finish, how many questions they ask, how many questions from other people they answer…

– How far you can go: if you manage to extend the use of the tool to other departments, to other countries, use it with clients…
